【Announcement】2026 November Foreign Language Proficiency Test (FLPT) Registration Information
The Language Training & Testing Center (LTTC) will administer the November 2026 Foreign Language Proficiency Test (FLPT). Faculty, staff, and students are welcome to register and participate!
FLPT Registration and Test Information:
Test Date: November 1 (Sunday), 2026
Registration Period: August 17–September 14, 2026
Test Locations: Taipei, Taichung, and Tainan
Test Languages and Components: English, Japanese, French, German, and Spanish
Written Test (Listening & Reading)
Speaking Test
English Writing Test
Participants may register for individual test components or combine multiple components according to their needs.
Test Results and Applications:
FLPT results can be referenced to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), covering proficiency levels from A2 to C1. The test is widely recognized by universities and institutions for learning outcome assessment, admission applications, and credit transfer. Test results may also be included in students’ learning portfolios as evidence of diverse achievements. Certificates can be applied for as needed, and scores from different test dates within a two-year period may be combined.
