In support of the Programme on Bilingual Education for Students in College (BEST) of the two key cultivation colleges (College of Management and College of Fashion and Textiles) as well as the whole university, Bilingual Education Center was formally established on October 7, 2021 in order to enhance students' English abilities, implement English as a Medium of Instruction (EMI) enhancement plan, recruit international students and faculty, and internationalize university education in all aspects at Fu Jen Catholic University.
