【轉知】國立臺灣科技大學EMI教學資源中心與國立臺北科技大學雙語化學習推動中心共同辦理「ESP專業英文師資增能認證」課程，歡迎本校教師踴躍報名參加~

 

    • 為協助各校銜接EMI課程，學校應對學生提供充分培訓與支持，並建議於大一起開設ESP(English for Special Purposes，專業領域英文)課程，以結合校內英語教學單位與各學院需求，奠定學生良好的專業領域語言基礎，接軌 EMI課程。
    • 國立臺灣科技大學EMI教學資源中心特與國立臺北科技大學合作辦理「ESP專業英文師資增能認證」課程，導入國際學術資源及專業英文課程建構經驗實踐分享，銜接各校特色之全英語授課(EMI)教學方針，從ESP與EMI面向雙軌並進，全面推動雙語教學。相關報名資訊如下：
      • 課程時間：115年4月11日~115年5月23日，共計24小時。
      • 辦理方式：混成式課程，含線上及實體。
      • 辦理地點：Google Meet及國立臺北科技大學(實體成果分享)。
      • 課程講師：國立臺北科技大學應用英文系、Fulbright英語教學顧問團隊聯合授課。
      • 參訓對象：各大專校院專任(案)英語教師或EMI教師。

      • 報名日期：即日起開放報名至3/27(五)止，錄取名單將於4/2(四)公告。

【Announcement】 The National Taiwan University of Science and Technology Office of Bilingual Education Initiatives and the National Taipei University of Technology Center for Bilingual Learning Jointly Organize the “ESP Professional English Teacher Training Certification Program”

To better prepare students for EMI courses, universities are encouraged to provide adequate language training and support. Establishing ESP (English for Specific Purposes) courses in the first year can effectively integrate English instruction with disciplinary needs and build a solid language foundation for students before entering EMI courses.

The Office of Bilingual Education Initiatives at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, in collaboration with the Center for Bilingual Learning at National Taipei University of Technology, will offer the ESP Professional English Teacher Training Certification Program.

The program integrates international academic resources and practical experience in professional English course design to support EMI development across institutions.
